Like the other reviewers I looked for this 1/2 inch inside diameter 24 inches lenght ceiling fan down tube in many hardware stores. Thank goodness I found it here in Amazon. I will now look for items in Amazon before looking for it somewhere else. It will save me time.

The tube fits well my ceiling fan.

The lights on our ceiling fan cast a glare on the wall mounted TV so we needed a 24" rod to move the fan/lights up out of the way. Looked at all the local stores that sell fan down rods and couldn't find one with the proper diameter (all theirs were too big). This one was the best choice on both specs and price.

This matched perfectly with the Westinghouse commercial fans I have installed throughout my house. Great price too! Most local hardware stores like Lowes and Home Depot actually do not carry the 1/2" diameter downrods.

We saw them here in Brooklyn a few months ago playing to about 15 people. I bought them a round of shots and they seemed very grateful. Oh, the beauty in the beginning is so short lived when you discover great talent. They are worth any price live and on vinyl. I'm looking forward to many future works by them.
