Unfortunately, the fixture is not shielded sufficiently to avoid viewing the lamp, which requires bending the armature.

My daughters are artists, so I have lots of paintings in our home. I love to showcase their work at night. The Westinghouse Light fixture is just what I was looking for. I had gone to lighting stores where similar lights were priced close to $70, and I knew the price was inflated. I was delighted to find this lamp from Westinghouse for such an amazingly lower price! It came in a timely manner too. Of course there is the cord to contend with, but a cord channel, bought at a very large harware store, solves that problem. (we paint the channel the same color as the wall, so it doesn't show at all.) I do recommend this light to anyone looking for one, and I won't hesitate to order others in the future.

Hard to know what you will get sometimes, this light is very well made and at a fraction of the cost you would find in a store.

COMPLAINED ABOUT BULBS BLOWING.
THEY SENT NEW BULBS.
DID SAME THING . SAID THEY WOULD SEND A NEW LAMP, NEVER RECIEVED IT.
SO MUCH FOR THEM.....
