I bought this item when I was rehabilitating A boiler in one of my rental houses. When I refilled the boiler the "auto Vent" bled out a lot of air and is still bleeding occasionally.

My relief valve arrived in a reasonable amount of time and so far has functioned as expected. Although it doesn't look exactly like the one it the picture - I think it fit my needs.

We replaced our leaking cheaper vent valves with these Watts versions several months ago. They went right on and have been functioning perfectly since. Highly recommended.
