great tool for destruction, especially ripping out drywall. I'm not that strong so it's not too heavy to use for a couple of hours, but not too light to swing with force... mighty destroyer!

This tool is a literally a home wrecker! Combined with a cordless recipricating saw with a metal blade (I prefer metal blades because you can cut nails, wood and drywall) demo work becomes effortless. I used these two in tandem to cut out 3 porch posts, and two sections of railing in about a half hour and barely broke a sweat. The larger model may have it's place in some bags but not mine too heavy for all day use. This smaller model is only 2.5 pounds and almost feels like you don't have a tool attached to your arm when you swing it. The claw will literally split a 2x4 with one swing, you can also twist them out as well. The head on the hammer is smaller than a normal hammer and takes a little getting used to, about 3 nails for me. My only complaint is the nail removal tool could be a little better (Don't throw away your crobar). Solid quality, great design, as far as I'm concerned, the best hammer ever!

This tool will quite possibly my first and only choice of weapons during the impending zombie apocolypse. Sure, I've considered other weapons such as
1) the Ka-Bar tanto knife [...]
2) or the silky zubat [...]
3) and until my friend Mark bought me the Stanly FUBar I was planning to go with the Stihl PA80 splitting maul [...]
No question now though. I love its close range capability (not possible with the PA80). I also love its versatility with smashing, stabbing, and piercing capabilities; no other zombie slaying tool provides all of these options.

Ask yourself, is $19.90 (prime eligible) worth the lives of yourself and your family? Don't let them eat the brains of your loved ones.

Honestly, I got this because i needed a pry bar, and this one looks awesome. :-D

Only 2 complaints, its a little thick on the non-hammer end if you need to get underneath something with low clearance or in a tight crack. Even at the sharpest point, i would guess nearly a quarter-inch thick.
The other complaint, if you carry it around in a toolbag or something similar, it does add a fair bit of weight. Not a horrible aspect, as it feels indestructible, but something to be aware of.

And lets face it, you get a great reaction from everyone that sees this thing!

it's a functional utility bar that my husband has yet to find a function for :) i'm sure he'll get to it, he bugged me for three years about these so i finally got him one. seems very sturdy well constructed useful and all around a good buy for those handy men in our lives but i might steal it back from him hahaha
