A quick search on the internet suggests that the flow rate of the ET25512-50 is 1 GPH (gallons per hour). BTW 1/4" is the outside dimension of the hose.

A fair portion of our half acre has planters, a "design" area of ice plant, a hedge, and a 15 x 40 garden. A previous home up in the foothills had numerous planters as well. Point is we have been using a lot of drip irrigation and the various tube sizes, emitters, sprinklers, etc. We have found that for our type of vegetation, too much water comes out of this particular style. So be sure you are using this for the correct type of water volume need. Also, we are finding that the openings clog and sometimes wear to where there is a find stream (similar to what you would see with a puncture leak) instead of a drip, which in some cases seems to be a wearing of the emitter portion.

The 12-inch spacing will also be an issue if you use this on the wrong type of irrigation. We thought our ice plant spacing would be a good match but there were gaps in water area coverage. Not an issue with the product, more an issue with using it for the wrong irrigation need. We have changed to using the adjustable spray sprinklers on a stake (all one piece and .97 cents at Home Depot) because they are adjustable and are a better match for our needs.
