This is a great light set for utility trailers. The lights are easy to mount, grounded to the frame through the mounting bolts, so one less wire to run, and are very bright. The side marker lights are also bright and, also being grounded through the mounting bolt, can be mounted on the fenders to let oncoming traffic see the width of the trailer at night.

Everything you need is included; the lights, 28 feet of wiring harness, a vehicle pigtail in case you don't already have a 4-prong connector installed, clamps, splicers...even wire nuts. All you need to provide is a 1/4" drill bit to make the holes in the trailer frame for the mounting bolts.

Each light has a little over four inches of lead wire so you can hide the splice/wire nut under the frame or where ever is best to keep it secure.

I'm rebuilding a utility trailer damaged in a fire. These lights fit perfectly,nice and bright,easy to install. Kit has everything needed.

This was a replacement for the existing lights on our landscaping trailer. The bolts fit into our existing drilled holes, no problem. The instructions are clear, the wires are color-coded, and you get all of the connectors, nuts and parts that you need. The only (small) problem is that the grounding wire was too short to connect to my existing grounding screw. I chose to splice in another piece of wire instead of drilling a new grounding screw hole closer to end of the trailer tongue.

You'll have to figure out the best way to attach the wires to the bottom of your trailer. The existing wire channels on my trailer (metal tubes) were blocked with caulking, so I couldn't just reuse those. The manufacturer provides little clips to attach the wires to the metal frame, but not enough of them to keep the wire from sagging between clips. I ended up nailing the wire to the underside of the wood floor using clips that are made for attaching telephone wire to baseboards. It took me about an hour to remove the old lights and install these, not counting the time I experimented with different ways to secure the wire to the bottom of the trailer. The lights work just the way they are supposed to, and the price was very reasonable.

Cheap wiring and connectors...you can tell it's not USA made. Easy to install, and everything worked once connected. I would spend more next time to get American made quality. I can't see this set lasting more then two years.
UPDATE: Exactly 5 months later and the cheap insulation on the wires is cracking. Had an exposed wire ground to the frame of the trailer and kept blowing the truck fuse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP.

Of the two trailer lighting systems I ordered, one had a defective light. I spent way too much time installing the wiring and lights before encountering the problem and am not about to return the system. Blazer C6423 Trailer Light Kit-1 pair
