Product shipped quickly, arrived quickly, although the add stated that it came with new carriage bolts and didn't, it installed quickly and is working very well.

This hinge is wider and sturdier than the one it replaced. I was concerned that the width might be a problem but it wasn't. The bolts that came with the hinge wouldn't work on my door so I re-used the ones from the existing but broken hinge. Total time spent replacing the old hinge: 5 minutes. This saved me a bunch by not having to call a garage repair company.

This has been an excellent replacement for my aging and cracked No. 3 hinge. I also purchased the stainless-steel roller set made by National Hardware to accompany this hinge and it fit like a charm. I have to agree, though, with what a previous reviewer mentioned regarding the bolts that are packaged with this hinge. They are obscenely long and are not fully threaded (must be a lag bolt); I discovered this when trying to tighten the hex nut to no avail, it wouldn't tighten all the way. No bother, I just used the hex bolts and nuts that were previously installed from my older hinge. Priced well and saved a lot of money doing it myself.

Another reviewer said the product did not come with bolts, but it does. Either way, I did not end up using them because they did not fit, luckily i simply used the olds bolts from the broken hinge.
