I never imagined myself writing a review for a faucet aerator, but this is a great product. In the past I always bought inexpensive store brand aerators at the hardware store, not thinking there was much difference. Let me tell you, these Moen aerators are much better! They seem to flow better and are perfect for bathroom faucets.

This replacement screws right in and was a fantastic repair for my completely shot aerator. What was once spraying all over the place is now a steady stream.

Moen branded part (etched on part itself) - oddly the original part removed had no branding or marking at all... a plastic part in the original had broken rendering the water stream rather chaotic - this part/assembly contains a surprising number of pieces and screens! So while I was initially dismayed that I had to buy the entire assembly, the way it is made it is probably necessary to sell it this way - and the price is reasonable anyway. The faucet's aeration worked perfectly again after installing this part. Install is nothing more than unscrewing the old one (it had provisions for an open wrench) and screwing in the new one (which again oddly, had no provisions to use a wrench - probably for good reason, it can only be hand tightened).
