I am an electrical contractor and I used this fixture in my garage and have since used them in 3 similar customer locations. They take a few minutes to achieve full light output but we are all satisfied with the light output and the economic operation of this fixture plus it can be used with or without the photo eye included for auto dusk to dawn operation. Only thing better is LED but at what cost? :)
This is a great fixture.

I have read several review where the purchaser was disappointed especially with that these are made in America. The one I purchased was not made in America and if you read the box you will find that these are really made... yes you guessed it, Made in China. Having said that be aware that they are cheap and fragile and you can save some money if you take the time to seal the electrical components with silicone to keep them water tight, I have had fairly good performance so far with one lasting at least a couple of years now and have had only one fail which failed before I realized that water had worked its way into the ballast. I still only gave them two stars and that is not because that they are reliable (especially right out of the box) but that they are very cheap for the light the put out and just for that are worth a couple of stars.

Beware of these lights. They have changed the description of these lights from ceiling mount, which is what the photo on box shows , to wall hung ONLY. These units don't last and burn the inside of the housings. Look up recalls etc for Lights of America and you will see all the problems.

What a shame a company named Lights of America sells such poor products. I initially thought that these were the best lights, especially made in America. Boy was I wrong, after installing 7 of these lights they started failing after as little as 6 months and continues to fail to this date. I started replacing these with another unit. The problem with these lights I find is that the ballast burns out. I contacted the company and they were less than no help. I had asked if I could buy just the ballast, they sent me to a supplier who never responded to my emails. Stay away, far away from these lights!

Product was advertized as being new. Upon receiving it we found that it was used. Product was scratched and the bulb did not function. Actually found lawn grass on the surfaces. I gave it a one star by mistake, it should have been NO STARS.
Actually the product seems to be fine we have quite a few in use. It was the company that we purchased the final one from that is in the wrong!
