4Decent but a bit flimsyJan 01, 2012

I used this to build a "convenience" outlet near my desk, perfect for plugging in a laptop. It's mounted to the wall with the included tape and seems to hold up quite well.

However, some plugs are tough to remove from the (brand-new) outlet, and when a plug is being removed, I can see the entire box start flexing under the strain. I have to hold it down with my thumb to keep it steady.

In short, I'd recommend a metal equivalent if you want to put an outlet in it, but it should work fine with a switch.
