Pros:
- long and comfortable grip,
- sharp nail/wire cutting edges in the middle of the head,
- good-quality steel,
- good for pulling out nails and/or staples and similar objects.

Cons (really minor things, being too picky, really):
- the spring that keeps the pliers open when not gripped seams hard to remove. There are operations that are easier to work on without the spring.
- the tip of the pliers isn't designed to grip extremely thin and smooth objects (paper-thin metal sheets, etc.) which may or may not be an issue depending on the task.

these are literally the best pliers out there, do not waste your money on a set from your local hardware store these are so much better than the typical side cutter they cannot be compared it has big teeth that bite into objects and with the high leverage design it really puts out a lot of torque, they are also very smooth they open and close with ease and can cut through damn near anything ive cut through 1/4 inch thick tie wire like it was nothing. if there is a spring in there i would recommend removing it once you learn how to use a set of pliers properly the spring does more harm than good, but the best thing about kleins is that they have a lifetime warranty, if you destroy a tool just ship it back and you will receive a brand new one for free.
