HEET will burn smoothly and with a nice hot flame for your alcohol camping stove. Many good stove designs out there, u-tube "alcohol stove" and see dozens that you can make yourself, or you can stick with a wonderful name brand alcohol stove like the Trangia. You could google minibulldesigns for tinny's professional grade alcohol stoves, including a cap and feed line that fits the HEET bottle perfectly. But, bottom line, I bought this for the ability to have a clean, odorless and hot "blue" burn for my alcohol camp cooking set. And it works ideally. A+

Our gasoline already has ethanol in it, so we essentially can't have a problem with water in the gasoline, at least to the extent that an additive like this would help. So unles your gasoline has no ethanol, this is not needed.

This is a very common product and you can find on the shelves of many stores including Wal-Mart and even QuickTrip for as low as $1.99. The only advantage of buying it online is that at Wal-Mart you have to be 18 to buy it. Note: For this price you can buy a pack of 4

This stuff surely helps in winter. My car ran with less hesitation - I felt more power to it.

You it frequently on fill up when its below freezing temperatures.
