I purchased one three years ago because mice came into my house every winter, as soon as it got really cold. We have had NO EVIDENCE of any mice since that time. We leave it plugged in year round, just in case. I have purchased these for other members of my family who have had mice, and recommend them to everyone! There is no doubt in my mind that this works. It's worth every penny to not come across mouse droppings or the mice themselves!

Petstacator seems to work for the areas we set them in. Doesn't cover large areas, but really sufficient for small areas where the signal is directly in sync with the path the mice take.

We had a mouse. I got this device. No more mouse. I got one for up stairs and one for the basement to cover max aria. Both still work almost two years later, as there has not been any signs of mice. We do still have spiders and some other bugs wonder in from time to time, but I don't think it's really supposed to work against that anyway. Totally worth the money.

Like a lot of others I get a few mice each winter when temps did low in NJ, this year was no exception. I trapped two in glue traps, which always worked in the past, then bought this device plugged it in. Within a couple days I actually saw a mouse in the early evening which is very rare as they are normally out overnight and avoid being seen. This suggested to me the device was driving it out from the walls. I subsequently set another glue trap but two days later have yet to capture anything which is also unusual, the glue traps with peanut butter have been highly effective for me. I live in a smaller home and they will congregate at night in the kitchen area. Anyway, my theory is the mouse was driven out by the device. Also if you read the manufacturer's website it will point out that initially more mice might be seen in the house shortly after plugging in the device as they are driven out from walls and hiding places. This has been my experience so far.

This is my second one. The first lasted 5+ years. The only reason the first one croaked was that there was a power surge after a power outage up here on the frontier that fried it as well as refrigerators, furnaces, etc. Didn't have a rodent of any type the whole time. This one continues the tradition. It works just fine, "expert" attestations to the contrary. If the power company fries this one, I'll get another.
