5AWESOME Product !!!Apr 28, 2004

This is a quality pocket magnifying glass. It will NOT fall apart after a few weeks use. I wear contact lenses and do not like to carry around my reading glasses to see things like restaurant menus or product prices or receipts. This fits in the pocket NICELY. Well, there isn't too much else to say except this is HIGH QUALITY for a pocket magnifier. I have bought one, and have just ordered more. This makes a wonderful gift for anyone, for any reason.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As my eye sight starts to match my age I cannot recount the number of times I have needed reading glasses for just a moment but not had them with me. Now with this small fold away in your pocket magnifying lens - I always have it with me.

Need I say more. Get one, women can put it in their small purse and have the same experience.

I bought three of these over six months ago and always carry one in my pocket. I gave one of them to a friend and have kept the third as a spare in case one gets lost. I used to carry a cheap plastic magnifier but this one (optical glass) is much better, and I'd be lost at times without it.

Not sure about the review that said theirs fell apart because there isn't much to these, and mine is holding up rather well for being carried in my pocket every day.

High quality lens, 1.75 inch clear diameter. The overall thickness is 0.43 inch including the leather case. The shape of the case allows the magnifier to fit smoothly into a pocket without making much of a lump. I carry one of these routinely for reading extra fine print (Rx bottles, some road maps, etc.)

I purchased this for our granddaughter. She is 5 years old and enjoys looking at numerous things. She had been borrowing mine when she was visiting and I wanted her to have her own. This one is very nice in that the magnification is good and the cover is leather and protects the young. It was affordable and allows her to expand the world around her.
