This lock solved all my problems. I had people who would take the pin out of the gate arm and come onto my property. Now there is no way to pull the locking pin out. This is a must purchase for anyone who is considering a security gate.

I have had this lock for about 2 years. Today was the first opportunity I have had to 'unlock' it. To my surprise I found that the bottom of the lock (where the key enters) is totally oxidized! And more puzzling is that this on the bottom of the lock where I would think it would be protected from the elements. I suspect that water enters at the top of the lock and then runs down and out the key entry at the 'bottom'. I think it will be totally unuseable in another couple of years. Disappointing to say the least.

Some fool tried to steal my gate opener and the two locks I had did the job. The lock was a little bent but the thief that tried to steal my Mighty Mule gate opener had to move on to his next crime victim.

My gate opener had to be mounted on the outside the gate. So it was necessary that I secure it with this lock. It works perfectly.

Product worked well. Problems came when vendor double shipped then balked on return wanting redress and 15% restock for something that was obviously their error, although claiming it was mine. very bad policy from the ANT vendors which bespeaks poorly of their affiliation with amazon.
