5Useful toolFeb 26, 2008
By Robert Wieneke
On job sites when installing large numbers of telephone/network jacks I would screw the plates into the wall boxes with a cordless drill and a screwdriver hex bit. This works great for that and things like taking off and putting on cover plates on equipment boxes. It will screw 1 1/2" long hex head screws into soft wood and through plywood. and 3/4 and 1" screws into harder wood. It will also drill into hard wood with 1/4" hex base drill bits. No battery to go dead, it always works.

2This Screwdriver is Not For Heavy WorkFeb 14, 2010
By K. Jenkins
Purchased one of these screwdrivers through Amazon in April, 2009. Used
it only lightly until yesterday when I was assembling a freestanding TV
shelf of 3/4" pine plywood and pine 2X6's for my man cave (garage).
Worked great for most of the screws, but towards the end of the job
(qty-10 3" #8 deckscrews driven in, removed, and then driven in a second
time after glue was applied to the wood joints) the ratcheting mechanism
jammed, and I had to finish the job with a different screwdriver.

From Eazypower's web site, their warranty says in part:

"Eazypower products are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and
will be replaced free of charge. Please return your product with your
proof of purchase to...Power tools Accessories and hand tools are
consumable products and will wear after extended use or if used
incorrectly making any warrantee [SIC] void...."

Since I didn't expect that the Eazypower warranty to cover my situation
(most of the time with this type of tool warranty, if it worked initially
and then it broke after some use, one must have used it incorrectly), I
disassembled the tool myself and found that one of the ratcheting pawls
had become dislocated and was also badly bent. I was able to fix this
issue, and the screwdriver works again for light duty work.

However, I would not suggest this tool for heavy use such as driving
long deckscrews, even if pilot holes are drilled first in soft wood (as
in my case).

Just my humble experience; your mileage may vary.

1Save your moneySep 01, 2010
By Sawdust
SAVE your money. This is poorest quality tool I have bought in a long time. The bits won't stay in the chuck, they wobble all over the place. I will not waste anymore money on it even sending it back. If you want a good push drill buy a true Yanky drill.

5Push/Pull ScrewdriverFeb 22, 2009
By Beverly Guardino "Bevie Jay"
I had to find a screwdriver that would allow working in one sided and small places...I checked with a few warehouses and they didn't have such a tool...Finally, Amazon referred me to the company that had this tool that turned out to be very handy and accommodating for the job...I recommend this type of tool for jobs like putting up window blinds and the like because the space to work is very narrow..But the Push/Pull screwdriver can get the work done with no fuss at all. P.S. the Push/Pull screwdriver also came with one small drill (probably could be used to start a hole)

3Works fineOct 29, 2008
By Rob
Works fine as a drill, not as good as a screwdriver. The extra torque that was needed when trying to remove screws made the action a little rough.
