It works, but is notperfect.Aug 31, 2010

I was hoping for a little more solidity to the product, but that would really be unnecessary. It feels fine in use. The tank part feels very solid, and it stands up securely (especially when it is full). When tipped over, it does leak slowly. I use it for dispensing cutting oil on my drill press.

I've been looking for this for about three years. I just wanted a small little oil pump for shop and home applications. It seems that all the hardware and major home improvement stores no longer carry this product.

Pro's:
All metal construction.
One hand operation.
Easy finger use.
Virtually tip proof.
Small enough for tight places.
Flexible metal applicator hose.

Con's:
None.

Perfect for small to medium jobs where you can choose the oil weight and type you want.

I needed an oiler for oiling under the belt of my treadmill. This is far better than anything else I found (supposedly) for that purpose. It seems well made, has a wide base for stability, and it squirts a big stream a long distance. If you only need a little oil squeeze the trigger gently.

I haven't found an oiler that didn't leak yet. so far so good. Higly recommend it. Like the other reviewer said it's US made. It's a good thing.
