I bought this item from a local store and loved the small size. It fits perfecly in a bathroom sink. After 2 weeks of using it the item started rusting underneath it!

I was not sure I would like this product, but since having it, I bought two others for the shower drain and the kitchen sink. These little drainers catch an unbelievable amount of tiny things that would otherwise be clogging your drains. I am amazed at how much stuff used to go down the pipes to collect in some bend or other. It catches hair as well. When these wear out, I will definitely be back to buy more!

The metal lip on this strainer makes it hard to grab to pickup and clean - that is the only con. The pro is the mesh is nice and tight which ensures it catches anything, hair included.

Had the metal lip been bigger I would have given it a higher rating.

I thought this would be perfect and for the first couple of days it was, but thereafter it started rusting out underneath. It is wrong to call it stainless when it obviously isn't.

I have used this product for the last 6 months without any issues.

Since we have a septic system and not public sewers it is very important to me that nothing but water goes down the drain. It is absolutely amazing as to what this tiny little thing strains and keeps from my septic system.

I have very long hair and before I bought this I would have to pull up my stopper things and pull the collected hair off of it since my sink would start draining slow after a couple of weeks. It was a pain to do. With this it is simple and easy to keep stuff from going down the drain.

And if you are prone to dropping earrings or rings slipping off of your finger, then this product is a MUST ---I never have to get my husband to unhook the pipes to fish out my errant earrings ever again!
