Red would not have been my first choice of colors, but it actually looks nice. I purchased this to replace a 6 quart round crock that I dropped & broke. Despite being a quart smaller than my previous crock, the oval shape allows for more room on the bottom. I can cook a beef & pork roast together & have them both on the bottom with plenty of room for vegetables on top. The lid is glass & fits better than some of my previous crocks--no rattle when it starts to boil. Good basic crock with 3 heating settings, high, low & warm. Crock is removable & cleans up easily. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, basic slow cooker.

I gave this crockpot to my mom for Christmas. She is in love with anything red so the gift was well received. It looks really nice and works great. It is a medium size so would be good for cooking meals for perhaps 4. She has had it a year now and it still looks brand new. I would recommend it to anyone who loves red kitchen appliances!

Wow!! This large slow cooker is very nice. The oval shape allows for most cuts of meat with extra room for lots of vegetables. My wife even says I did a good-thing because I got it in the right color! Bravo!
We have no complaints about this SlowCooker. It works just fine.

The product come in a short time of placing my order. The color red is beautiful. It is a appliance that can sit on the counter and not be an eye sore. I gave this product four stars, only because it is a gift for a friend, and I don't know how it will work. 5 stars to Amazon for the service.

I've included pictures to show how I received this product. It wasn't damaged in delivery; it was packaged fine but looks like it was put in the box damaged. Perhaps "damaged" isn't the right word, it looks like the QA is just lacking and every so often a bad product gets shipped like this.

Fortunately Amazon's great return service made it painless to get a refund. I'll be getting my new one from Walmart or somewhere I can get a hands-on inspection.

The outer red surface is cheap and thin and I'm not surprised that it bent when the machinery tried to put this thing together. Either the assemblers were hung over or the machines were out of calibration.
