WRONG PICTURE--NO LOCK Amazon, please fix the picture!!Feb 26, 2012

I wanted to replace my existing lockset on my storm door. The picture is the right color, and would also replace the deadbolt key lock beneath the handle, IF the product were what is in the picture. EXCEPT...THE ACTUAL PRODUCT (Wright Products VBG115SN [the SN is for Satin Nickel]) DOES NOT HAVE A LOCK! It is one smooth piece of metal with a handle. You can't lock or unlock a deadbolt from outside (or inside for that matter, it simply doesn't have one). Sooooo...I only used the interior latch [to replace a broken one that wouldn't keep the door shut] so the wind would no longer rip my door open. I had to keep my existing face plate and outside handle so that I could still use the deadbolt with a key.

THE PICTURES ARE NOT OF THE PRODUCT. AMAZON, PLEASE FIX.

Once again, this model does not have a deadbolt lock, as the picture indicates. You cannot lock or unlock the door with a key. You can't secure it against being opened when you are not home, unless you flip the little flimsy switch on the interior handle and leave your house through a different door. And then you must come back in through that other door, because there is no way to unlock it from outside. OK, I think I covered it at least three ways. Darn, I wish I'd read the other reviews before I bought it. At least then I would've known I was only buying it for parts.

I ordered this product and waited for delivery to end up with a door handle that did not include the lock. The pictures for this shows it has a lock, but what was delivered did not. The strange part is the part number for the handle that was delivered is the same as the part number for the handle with the lock.

I am extremely disappointed in this product and Amazon for false representation of it. The picture doesnt show the backside and is totally different from the front side. The backside is two peices,NOT 1 PEICE like the front!
I would not recommend this product to anybody, since you can not clearly see or is described what the latching mechanism looks like , nor the inner handle and lock.

Look at the picture very carefully. The inside view was missing and this product was not the correct one for my storm door. I added an image so that no one else will buy the wrong product. Shame on you amazon for allowing this to happen.

Looks really neat and is easy to install as long as you have a Dremel to cut a slot for the lock tongue to enter if you are using it on a screendoor
