Description:

3.2oz texture additive. An additive for paints and stains for slip resistance, fine texturing, and gloss reduction. Stirs in easily to most any coating and has little effect on the viscosity of the coating. It has low density which allows it to stay well suspended even in thin-bodied materials such as stain. Shark Grip is spherically shaped making it less abrasive. As a result, the surface is easier to clean and is more pleasant to walk on with bare feet making it ideal for use on pool decks and patios. This additive is not to be used where an industrial or commercial nonskid surface is needed or desired. The 3.2 oz. size is an average amount to add to 1 gallon of stain or paint.

I purchased H & C Shark Grip Slip Resistant Additive for use with Rustoleum Tub and Tile paint. I wanted a non-slip surface on the floor of a shower that was being painted with the Rustoleum paint. Worked exactly as advertised. I'm pleased with the result. Easy to use and a little goes a long way. Recommended.
